In some countries， for example the USA where driving is on the right and in Europe where it's on the left， people still cannot drive as they did ten years ago. What are the reasons for this ？ Is it a problem？
解题思路：
1.首先审题（划重点）：题目要求讨论“in some countries” “people who can’t drive ” 的成因，且是否构成问题。那么首先就要考虑这到底是general还是specific的成因。由于是ten years ago（过去时）所以可以判断是general原因。因此接下来要讨论的原因一定是要基于一般性的解释。需要明确说明的是，一般情况下，特定原因的论证是不符合题目的要求的。即使你说得再有把握再肯定也不行。绝对不要尝试在论证的时候给自己挖坑。
2.其次确定论点（必考点）：因为话题涉及交通，所以可以确定的话题大致方向就是谈论交通相关的话题。因此第一个论点就可以自然得出：人口增长导致交通工具需求增加；第二个论点可以根据自己对于生活的观察来组织语言。例如现在的人们更倾向于使用汽车而不是自行车（出行方式的变化）；城市改造导致人们不得不购买汽车（买车的原因）等等。
3.最后展开论述（方法不限）：根据两个论点就可以开始组织语言了。只要保证每一段都有一个中心句就可以了。可以在中心句的基础上展开具体的内容进行论述。除了举例之外，也可以引用数据来证明变化的存在以及变化程度的衡量。 例：In summary， there are two main causes explaining why more and more people cannot drive after 20XX (the year of change). First…… Second…… There might be other factors that we can not consider here but I am sure that with the further development of our society these problems will become even worse in some developed countries. In fact， every day more new inventions are being made to solve traffic jam or to make driving safer and easier and thus make people feel more comfortable behind the wheel of their car.
